Product Information: LobbyPOP M.E.

Each LobbyPOP Media Edutainment DVD is produced in widescreen format, designed to take advantage of current technology in LCD, plasma, and DLP televisions and video monitors that would likely be used in a waiting room environment.

These DVD’s will play, however, on any television connected to your DVD player. The DVD’s will automatically begin to play when inserted into your DVD player, and will loop continually until you stop them. DVD length is anywhere from 6 minutes to 24 minutes, and includes motion video, still images, text, narration where applicable, and a custom music bed.

Submitting Media for Your Custom DVD
Since our DVD’s are produced in widescreen video format, any still image or video footage you submit for use in your custom-designed DVD will need to fit the screen in proper aspect ratio, color mode, and file format. Below are some guidelines to assist you in preparing your files. Your LobbyPOP Pro can guide you before submitting them. If you are unable to perform the necessary formatting of your images and/or video, we can provide that service for you at an additional fee. Please consult your LobbyPOP Pro for more information.

1) STILL IMAGES (Your Logo, other Graphic and/or Photo) Still images are accepted in the following formats:
 PhotoShop (.psd) – flattened or layered (preferred)
 JPEG (.jpg)
 TIFF
 PNG

 IF you already have a moving "Logo animation" you may send it with your materials. If you do not have a logo animation, we recommend that you have our in-house department provide you a quote to bring your company logo to life with motion.

2) SLOGAN: We will choose an appropriate font that is easy to view within the video. If you would like us to closely match your own selection, please include the font and print sample with the submitted materials. Your LobbyPOP Pro can help you determine the appropriate formats.

3) COMPANY INFORMATION Paragraph about store. (100 words or less.) We suggest you consider your company history, vision, special and popular services. It is also helpful to gather and provide us with a few of your advertisements.

4) MUSIC AND ATMOSPHERE You choose the look, feel and sound of your customized DVD by selecting the DVD template, the graphics package, the music and the customizations. When you "build your own" with industry templates you reduce the over-all production costs, allowing you to have a custom DVD for your business at a remarkably low price!

5) VIDEO LENGTH  Your DVD is designed for your industry's waiting room exposure.  For example, a drycleaner will need a 6-minute DVD, while a clinic or emergency room will need 24 minutes. These programs will loop, and have been proven effective for their intended purpose.  Customers are happier, product sales are lifted, and perceived wait time is dramatically reduced!
